We manage the process from preconstruction to mobilization through substantial completion and turnover by being meticulous in our planning, carefully supervising our in-house seasoned labor workforce and subcontracted specialty trades.
GTL’s approach to the communicative process includes project management reporting via database systems, utilizing construction-industry-recognized software and project status – cost control reporting mechanisms. The foundation of our success has been:

The GTL Team continues to complete jobs and win new projects throughout New Jersey with a focus on the Industrial and Health Care markets. The second half of the year will also see some exciting projects in the office
market with lobbies and infrastructure upgrades. The New Jersey office has internally expanded our workforce by 25 percent in the last year to meet the needs of our clients and internal growth for the coming year.
Office Works – Morristown, NJ
GTL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for a 5,275-square-foot, high-end interior fit- out for a commercial office and furniture showroom for Office Works, a leading office space consulting firm dedicated to providing innovative office interior solutions. Designed by Gensler, this project had an intricate layout combining many different, high-end finishes that flow together seamlessly and installed to perfection.
The GTL Team has a great relationship with the client, RDA Consulting Engineers (MEP) and subcontractors, which enabled us to solve problems seamlessly and contributed to this project’s success. The logistics for construction was critical since it was a smaller space and storage was limited, with constant communication for the coordination of multiple subs to accommodate the requirements of the client’s furniture systems.

With a staff of 45+ employees and growing, GTL has been successfully completing commercial construction projects for clients throughout the New York metropolitan area for over 20 years.
