The Wyldes in Harrison, New Jersey, is our spotlight multi- family project. Leasing soon — It offers 389 upscale units, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. Some have a cozy 10-foot ceiling height, while others boast lofty 13-foot-high ceilings. Residential units feature keyless entry, quartz kitchen countertops and private balconies. Residents enjoy an infinity pool, in-house hibachi, a pet spa, and a rooftop offering sweeping views of Manhattan and Newark. The complex also provides a spacious gym with exercise classes and on-site parking. The Wyldes is being developed by Advance Realty Investors, designed by MHS Architects and built by March Construction.
