• Serving as redevelopment and land use counsel to the developer of an industrial project spanning more than 150 acres.
• Serving as counsel to owners and developers on acquisitions and development industrial projects spanning more than 20 Garden State municipalities and involving almost 7 million square feet.
• Serving as lead transactional and redevelopment counsel to a joint venture of a publicly traded international real estate investment firm with respect to the redevelopment of the Montclair Arts & Entertainment District in Montclair, New Jersey, through a $135 million investment involving commercial, retail and entertainment components.
