TRANSACTION SPOTLIGHT
We are real estate development counsel to
the New York Red Bulls in its acquisition of the former Honeywell site in Morris Township, and acquisition of adjoining land which has been integrated with the Honeywell site. The massive 80-acre complex will house the front office staff and a state-of-the-art soccer complex that will be home to the NYRB soccer team and reserve squad, as well as the club’s soccer academy and youth training facilities. We have provided real estate and environmental counsel and provided representation in all aspects of the permitting and approval process. We have also assisted the client in negotiating its construction contract.
