Whitman proudly provides Building
Inspection Services to help identify
environmental or insurance liability
issues that may be occurring at a
property, providing peace of mind
to both buyers and sellers alike. For
commercial or industrial property
owners leasing space to companies who
may utilize the leasehold for storing,
producing and/or manufacturing various
items, Whitman conducts exterior
and interior inspections to evaluate
and verify that proper environmental
regulations and requirements are being
abided by the tenant/lessee and that
safe and clean housekeeping practices
are being conducted.
In the past several years, Whitman has
performed such inspections at over 100
properties throughout New Jersey for
multiple clients, including a real estate
developer, a major food distribution
company and a state agency. The types
of tenants/properties inspected include
