Fox Rothschild LLP has promoted a member of its Morristown-based real estate and land use teams to partner, doing so as part of a series of moves across its national footprint.
According to the law firm, Michael Bachmann concentrates his practice in real estate, assisting clients with a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his bachelor’s from Rutgers University, while he is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
“With this elevation, I am excited to continue to help build the great real estate team and practice we have here in Morristown and throughout the state,” Bachmann said.
He is among two dozen recently promoted partners by the Philadelphia-based firm, which also elevated three associates to counsel.
“Detail-oriented and pragmatic, Michael has advised national and regional developers on all types of real estate projects, with a core focus on residential development and mixed-use redevelopment,” Fox Rothschild wrote in his bio. “Michael also has experience handling the negotiation of redevelopment and financial agreements and obtaining and defending land use approvals from municipal zoning and planning boards all across New Jersey.”
