G.S. Wilcox & Co. has arranged $17 million in construction-to-permanent financing for a 130,435-square-foot warehouse in Eastern Pennsylvania, the Morristown-based firm said.

In a news release, the debt placement team said a local banking institution provided the loan to the owner of the East Stroudsburg property. It did not disclose the exact address, but said the site has quick access to Interstate 80 and several regional roadways.

G.S. Wilcox Partner Wesley Wilcox and Principal Al Raymond sourced the financing.

“G.S. Wilcox & Co. is pleased to secure this financing on behalf of our client,” Wilcox said. “The borrower and lender displayed tremendous teamwork and flexibility to complete this transaction despite the various factors impacting construction projects across the country.”
