A carwash and laundry business near Rowan University in Glassboro has changed hands for an undisclosed sum, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
The brokerage firm said it represented both parties in the off-market trade at 133 East High St., noting that its new owner plans to make extensive investments and modernize what’s known as Holly Bush Carwash and Laundry. Those updates are slated to conclude early next year, bringing a fresh look to a staple in the South Jersey college town.
Vantage Commercial Vice President and Partner Ken Richardson spearheaded the deal.
