The site of a Wells Fargo bank branch in Gloucester County has changed hands for an undisclosed price, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
In a news release, real estate services firm said the lender has a long-term lease at the property at 3600 Route 42 in Washington Township. It also benefits from a location near other major retailers, including Walmart, Lowe’s, PM Pediatrics and many others on the busy corridor.
The Goldstein Group Sales Associate Alex Goldstein and Ken Yanni, Ed Ginn and Maeve O’Reilly of Equity Retail Brokers represented the seller, Washington-Black Horse LLC, and the buyer, EAGL-VI LLC.
“We were able to find a buyer for this bank site rather quickly as it fit in with the purchaser’s requirements and needs,” Goldstein said. “The site is located in the middle of an active shopping area with several shopping centers and freestanding buildings in the immediate area.”
