A freestanding highway retail property in Woodbridge has changed hands for an undisclosed price, in a newly announced deal by The Goldstein Group.
John Ostrowski, a vice president with the brokerage firm, represented Alshan Realty LLC in the sale at 670 Route 1 in the township’s Iselin section. The property traded to a buyer listed as 670 Iselin LLC, the team said, noting the appeal of the 7,200-square-foot building and the highway’s strong traffic counts and exposure.
The site is also easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway, Route 9 and the New Jersey Turnpike, while neighboring tenants include Wegmans, Burlington, Target, DSW and many others.
