A private business has acquired the site of a freestanding former liquor store in Upper Saddle River, in one of two newly announced deals by The Goldstein Group.
According to the brokerage team, the buyer plans to open a new venture at the property at 380 Route 17. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President CJ Huter and Vice President Marc Palestina represented both parties.
In the second deal, Vice President Scott Milich also represented both parties in the trade of a 2,400-square-foot freestanding building at 162 South Main St. in the New City section of Clarkstown, New York. The buyer plans to relocate its business to the site.
“There are numerous users that are evaluating their needs and have decided they would rather own their property instead of continuing to lease space,” The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein said. “We were able to match up the needs of the two sellers and buyers to make these two transactions work.”
