Buffalo Wild Wings has taken 1,200 square feet in Saddle Brook for its new smaller-format quick-service concept, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced recently.
According to the leasing team, the space at 487 Market St. will be among seven Buffalo Wild Wings Go restaurants in New Jersey that are slated to open this summer. The operator is leasing the space in Saddle Brook under a deal with Puccio IV LLC and will offer a slimmer menu that still features bone-in and boneless wings, tenders, burgers, chicken sandwiches and sides with more than two dozen sauces.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President CJ Huter and Sales Associate Roy Paret represented ownership, while JLL’s David Townes and Alana Freidman represented the tenant. The new location places Buffalo Wild Wings Go near retailers such as Acme, Walgreens, TD Bank, Taco Bell, KFC and a host of others.
According to the brokers, the other Buffalo Wild Wings Go locations in New Jersey will include Barnegat, Fair Lawn, Wanaque, Sparta, Midland Park and Stafford Township. The new quick-service restaurant will be geared toward pickup and delivery, offering fewer tables and no bar service.
