A hardware distributor has inked a lease renewal at a nearly 49,000-square-foot industrial building in Lincoln Park, according to a brokerage team with CBRE.
The tenant, Richelieu American LTD, occupies the full building at 132 Beaver Brook Road under a lease with Northbridge Partners. CBRE’s Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, and Kate Granahan represented the landlord, noting that the tenant is a wholesale distributor of specialty hardware, accessories, supplies and tools for homes and offices.
The 48,650-square-foot property is about a half-mile from Route 202.
“The distribution facility at 132 Beaver Brook Road is ideal for the hardware company’s distribution needs, servicing the entire tristate region,” Dudley said. “This long-term lease renewal speaks not only to Richelieu’s commitment to the area, but also to the ownership’s overall view on the strength of the submarket.”
