One of the state’s largest hospital systems has leased a new retail location in Totowa, in a transaction announced by The Goldstein Group.
The firm said Thursday that Atlantic Health leased 5,362 square feet at Totowa Village on Union Boulevard. With the new location, the provider will benefit from exposure on a busy thoroughfare, abundant parking and convenient access to Interstate 80 and Route 46.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter represented the landlord. Jim Bailey and Bryn Cinque of Colliers International represented Atlantic Health.
Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, said neighboring tenants include Gold’s Gym, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot and Office Depot, among others.
