Honeygrow, the fast-casual stir fry and salad chain, has added another location in New Jersey with a new lease at a Bridgewater shopping center.
The operator, which is based in Philadelphia, will occupy an undisclosed amount of space at 330 Chimney Rock Road under a deal with Regency Centers. The store at Chimney Rock Crossing will be easily accessible from Interstate 287 and Route 22, providing the chain with its northernmost location in New Jersey to date and its seventh in the state, following restaurants in Cherry Hill, Marlton, Hamilton, New Brunswick, Hoboken and one that is soon to open in Old Bridge.
“The Chimney Rock East location is an exciting move for us for many reasons,” said Justin Rosenberg, honeygrow’s CEO and founder. “We’ve been a part of the New Jersey community for nine years since our first location opened in Cherry Hill in 2015. I’m proud to continue to connect the dots between north and south throughout the state.”
According to a news release, honeygrow is slated to open at Chimney Rock Crossing by late summer, occupying a former Profiles by Sanders space. Other tenants at the property include Ulta, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Off 5th, J. Crew and Crumbl Cookies.
