A private business has acquired a nearly 98,000-square-foot industrial building in the Bergen County borough of Northvale, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
According to a news release, the transaction at 100 Fairway Court will support the buyer’s expansion while providing quick access to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, New York State Route 340 and the northern New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. NAI Hanson’s Andrew Somple and Jessica Curry represented the business, which paid an undisclosed price, noting that the single-tenant, 97,760-square-foot manufacturing facility has 24-foot clear ceiling heights and heavy power.
The property also sits on 10 acres next to the Rockleigh Golf Course.
“We continue to see strong demand for well-located space in the northern New Jersey industrial market, especially from users servicing expanding sectors in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan market,” Curry said. “We are proud to have helped our client expand their operations to a new location, and we wish them the best of luck with their new facility.”
