A regional investor has acquired a nearly 26,000-square-foot industrial building in Piscataway, according to a brokerage team with Bussel Realty Corp.

The buyer, Phoenix Realty Group, paid an undisclosed sum in the transaction at 2 Lakeview Ave. BRC’s Gregory Irving represented Harris Camden Realty in its sale of the three-story, 25,500-square-foot facility, which is home to multiple tenants.

He added that the 2.48-acre property includes more than an acre of paved parking and is minutes from Interstate 287, providing easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike and other corridors.

“It was a pleasure to represent my long-term client, Harris Camden Realty, a relationship that spans over 30 years, in the sale of its asset to Phoenix Realty Group, an investor and owner in the New York metro area,” said Irving, an executive vice president with BRC. “The property is located in a prime central New Jersey market with strong demographics and density as well as proximity to major highways.”
