An investor has sold a mobile home park in the Burlington County township of Hainesport, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
Located at 1476 Route 38, the site is home to 24 pads and is six miles from several major highways, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Route 206. The roughly three-acre property traded to an undisclosed operator, following seller Tilak Singh’s acquisition of the property last year, for a price that was not listed.
Vantage Commercial Executive Director Ken Richardson and Director of Client Services Corinne Giletto represented both parties in the latest deal.
“The park will be well positioned for success and future growth with its new ownership, Richardson said. “The buyer is an operator of several parks in New Jersey. They plan on making major improvements to the community to modernize the infrastructure and possibly add pad sites.”
