An investment firm has sold a seven-unit apartment building in West New York for more than $1.1 million, according to Cervelli Real Estate and Property Management.
The brokerage team, which is based in nearby North Bergen, said it represented Leverage Capital in its disposition of 6423 Hudson Ave. An undisclosed buyer purchased the property for $1.133 million, in a cash transaction that closed in just a few weeks.
Cervelli’s Chris Cervelli and Gary Baez brokered the deal.
