The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association has revealed the speaker lineup for its upcoming Developers Night, an annual event that draws hundreds of New Jersey commercial real estate players to the Glenpointe campus in Teaneck.
Slated for March 25, the program will feature a networking dinner and a panel discussion. Speakers will include:
- Michael Klein, senior managing director with JLL Capital Markets
- Frank DiTommaso, executive director with Cushman & Wakefield
- CJ Csontos, senior loan officer with TD Bank
- Jeff Milanaik, Northeast region partner with Bridge Industrial LLC
- Kevin Dudley, vice chairman with CBRE
Geoffrey Schubert of Lee & Associates New Jersey will moderate the program at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe Hotel. The event will begin with cocktails and networking from 5 to 6:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner and the panel discussion.

With roots dating to 1927, IOREBA is one of the nation’s largest regional commercial real estate organizations of its kind and the oldest industrial and office real estate brokers association in the U.S., according to a news release. Its membership of more than 250 professionals connects and conducts business in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut and has expanded its offerings, designing useful educational programs and opportunities.
