J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. has named a new managing director of senior housing as it looks to grow its footprint in the niche asset class.
The developer, which is based in Asbury, said Cheri Doyle will be responsible for sourcing and overseeing senior housing development and investment opportunities throughout the Northeast. She will focus on projects across the industry — including independent living, assisted living, memory care and active-adult — having developed, leased and consulted on more than 3 million square feet of health care and senior housing space during her career.
Petrucci added that Doyle specializes in health care management, operations, strategic planning and real estate development.
“We are thrilled to have Cheri on board for our senior housing,” J.G. Petrucci’s Greg Rogerson said. “It was evident she would be great for this position from her experience in health care and senior housing operations and development. With over 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge in the seniors’ market, Cheri will contribute to the product diversification and growth of our company.”
Doyle is a member of the American Seniors Housing Association, according to a news release. She holds a bachelor’s from Colgate University and a masters of health services administration from George Washington University.
