Leasing is underway at the new 295-unit luxury apartment building in Wood-Ridge that will mark the final residential phase of the master-planned, 150-acre Wesmont Station project.
Its developer, JCMLiving, expects to welcome the first residents as soon as May at what’s known as Rosera Wesmont at 200 Rosie Square. It’s now marketing a mix of floorplans ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, where renters will have access to 35,000 square feet of shared amenity spaces and commuter rail service at NJ Transit’s Wesmont Station.
Monthly rents start at $2,395 for a studio.

Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, with interior design by The Childs Dreyfus Group, Rosera Wesmont boasts a multilevel hotel-style lobby, according to a news release. Amenity spaces include a 13,000-square-foot pool with a sundeck and a landscaped courtyard, as well as fitness and wellness spaces such as a multilevel gym, a yoga studio, a sauna and a mix of coworking spaces, private offices and meeting rooms.
Renters are a 30-minute train ride from Manhattan and have access to a 480-space parking garage. And, as part of Rosie Square, the development benefits from more than 17,000 square feet of retail space, including 3,000 square feet within Rosera Wesmont.
The larger Wesmont Station development, which has repurposed a former Curtiss-Wright aircraft plant, has taken shape over two decades as part of a project by Inspired by Somerset Development.
