JLL has promoted two brokers on its Morristown-based New Jersey capital markets team.
Matt Pizzolato and Thomas E. Didio Jr., who are both part of the firm’s debt and equity placement group, are now senior directors with the company. Both are key members of one of the state’s most active brokerage teams and have been involved in several high-profile transactions in just the last few months alone.
“Both Matt and Tom have a tremendous drive and are constantly striving to hone their craft,” said Michael Klein, a senior managing director and co-head of JLL’s New Jersey capital markets office. “Within the office they bring energy and enthusiasm, make the time to mentor the analysts, and are great teammates always willing to do whatever is asked of them. It has been a pleasure watching their careers grow and I look forward to their continued success! They represent the next generation of our team.”
Pizzolato, who joined JLL as part of the firm’s acquisition of HFF, arranges debt and equity for industrial, multifamily, office and retail properties, according to his bio. He has been involved in more than $1 billion in such transactions since starting at HFF in 2015.
Didio joined JLL in 2020 and has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 10 years, previously working as a vice president with CBRE’s capital markets debt and structured finance office in New Jersey. He has also held an underwriting and origination role with Freddie Mac Multifamily and a New York private equity family office, having completed more than 100 transactions totaling more than $2 billion in value during his career.
