A shopping center in Voorhees Township is now fully leased after new deals with a karate studio and a boxing gym, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced recently.
In a news release, the firm said it represented the landlord in the transactions at the 7,200-square-foot High Ridge Plaza at 1201 Berlin Haddonfield Road. It noted that the businesses will be operated by members of the same family but will provide distinct, complementary uses while adding community-focused fitness offerings to the property’s tenant mix.
Vantage Commercial Senior Adviser John Doss spearheaded the assignment alongside Ken Richardson, vice president and partner.
“These active-use tenants bring fresh energy and daily foot traffic back to High Ridge Plaza —exactly the community-focused momentum we targeted,” Doss said.
Richardson added: “We are pleased the landlord has displayed his confidence in our company to meet his leasing needs.”
