Englewood Health is adding a location in Bergen County after leasing a former Boston Market building in Fair Lawn, brokerage firm Katz & Associates announced this week.

A listing for the property, 21-20 Broadway, notes that it comprises 3,000 square feet in the heart of the borough’s commercial business district. It also has 48 dedicated parking spots, with access from both Broadway and Whitehall Street.

Katz & Associates’ Jonathan Greenberg represented the landlord, while Sam Bernhaut, Greg Barkan and Remy deVarenne of CBRE represented the tenant.
