Katz & Associates has announced a series of promotions to start the year, including one in the brokerage firm’s home office in Englewood Cliffs.

The business, which focuses on the retail sector, said Jonathan Greenberg is now a vice president after joining its team six years ago. With a focus on landlord and tenant representation throughout New York and New Jersey, his recent notable work includes representing Hoboken Theaters in the $13 million sale of its building to Hoboken Grace Community Church, along with representing landlords at Cortlandt Town Center in Mohegan Lake, New York, and at Edgewater Towne Center in Edgewater and representing tenants including AT&T and Butterflake Bakeshop.
Katz & Associates has also promoted Daniel D. DePasquale to senior director in its New York City office, Vanesa Rodriguez to senior director in its Orlando, Florida, office and Leandro Pereira and Michael Betancourt to director, both in its Boca Raton office.
