A medical practice is coming to a waterfront retail property in Edgewater after agreeing to lease more than 4,000 square feet, in a newly announced deal by Katz & Associates.

According to the brokerage team, One Medical is slated to open at 905 River Road in the first quarter of this year. The 75,850-square-foot Edgewater Town Center is now 99 percent leased as a result of the deal, which is Katz & Associates’ fifth transaction at the Whole Foods-anchored property in less than 24 months.

The firm’s Jonathan Greenberg and Brian Katz represented the landlord, while CBRE’s Marta Villa represented One Medical in the 4,040-square-foot transaction.
