The former site of a preschool and daycare center in Jackson Township has changed hands for $2.8 million, in a newly announced deal by The Kislak Co. Inc.
According to the firm’s Daniel Lanni, who represented the undisclosed seller, the 8,060-square-foot building at 178 West Veterans Highway is near a busy intersection and other key destinations in the township. He added that the well-maintained structure has a five-year-old roof.
“We had an offer and acceptance within 30 days of commencing our exclusive engagement and closed in less than 90 days,” said Lanni, a senior vice president, who also procured the buyer. “The Goddard School had recently closed and the property was delivered vacant to the all-cash purchaser.”
