A transportation and freight services firm has taken 2,500 square feet at a renovated industrial property in Hillsborough, in a deal arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group.
The operator, Jaz Logistics LLC, is leasing the space at 60 Old Camplain Road under a deal with Konkus Corp. The deal follows a full renovation of the shop and office building, the brokerage team said, noting that the 1.02-acre property includes coveted outdoor storage space that was a key factor in the transaction.
Tim Deluccia of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the landlord in the five-year deal. The firm’s Bill Gazi represented the tenant, which specializes in reliable, efficient cargo movement across the Northeast and will use the site as a strategic hub for vehicle staging, dispatching and day-to-day logistics coordination as it expands.
“The lease underscores continued demand for well-located industrial and flex properties in the Hillsborough market, particularly those offering outdoor storage and turnkey upgrades,” Martinsville-based Deluccia said in a press release Monday.
