Langan has announced more than a dozen principal-level promotions across its footprint, including three among its New Jersey-based team.

Rory Johnston, who is based at the engineering and environmental services firm’s Parsippany headquarters, is now a managing principal. He serves as Langan’s director of health and safety, with nearly 35 years of engineering experience and clients in the oil and gas, chemical, mining, aviation, pharmaceutical and real estate development sectors.
Johnston’s projects range from portfolio due diligence, environmental investigation remediation, geotechnical investigations and construction, health, safety, security and environment compliance and management and consulting on locations throughout the U.S. and internationally, according to his bio. He is the former president of what was the Associated Soil and Foundation Engineers, now GBA, and is active in several professional groups.

Meantime, Langan has promoted Daniel Miola to principal. He has 20 years of experience with the firm in site/civil engineering and land development permitting, having worked on many land development projects in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania involving site due diligence studies, site layout, grading and drainage design, stormwater management analysis and other services.

Also based in Parsippany, Christopher Cirrotti has risen to the role of associate principal. He joined Langan in early 2019 with some 30 years of experience, having led site/civil engineering teams on some of the state’s largest projects, most notably among multiple health care systems and major real estate developments.
“Our leadership team continues to grow and expand,” the firm wrote in an announcement Thursday. “We are pleased to announce this year’s principal-level promotions.”
