New Jersey is a desired location for e-Commerce and the pandemic fueled warehouse growth at an even greater pace. Langan is the go-to consultant in the e-Commerce sector, having provided services on over 100 million square feet of warehouses and distribution centers.
Another hot sector is data centers, and Langan is supporting all types of clients to help them scale their operations in the Garden State.
On the healthcare front, Langan has built a reputation among New Jersey’s systems: RWJBarnabas Health, Hackensack Meridian Health, Atlantic Health, Virtua Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering and Summit Medical Group. Langan is the engineer of record on the Hackensack University Medical Center Helena Theurer Patient Pavilion, Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Virtua Midwifery Birth & Wellness Center in Voorhees. Another current hospital project in New Jersey is the Vogel Medical Campus, a major part of the ongoing redevelopment of Fort Monmouth. Langan is providing comprehensive site/civil and environmental engineering for the project, which includes a 250-bed acute care hospital, medical office building and 100,000-SF cancer center.
