Larken Associates has expanded and rebranded a flexible office space facility at its Branchburg Commons property on Route 22.
In a news release, the firm said it has added 10 suites spanning 2,000 square feet to what was previously known as Branchburg Executive Suites at 3322 Route 22 West. It’s now part of Larken’s Suite Life portfolio, which provides a platform for next-generation workspaces for corporate professionals, freelancers and contractors.
With the addition of Suite Life at Branchburg Commons, the program now spans more than 13,000 square feet of fully furnished office space across properties including its five-building, 42,162-square-foot Amwell Commons complex and the 35,398-square-foot Amwell Mall property, both in Hillsborough, as well as the 15-building, 116,526-square-foot Branchburg Commons and the 54,619-square-foot Parsippany Commons in Parsippany.

Launched in 2015, the firm’s Suite Life platform offers short-term and month-to-month leases in spaces ranging from 102 to 350 square feet, the news release said. All Suite Life spaces include modern keyless entry systems and fully equipped shared conference facilities with web-based scheduling systems, among other features.
