Larken Associates has announced a series of new hires and promotions to its residential property management teams in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The recent additions for the Branchburg-based developer include Jeffrey M. Feinman, who joins the firm as a property manager for its recently completed Autumn Ridge apartment property in Lopatcong. He brings more than seven years of experience to his role, having previously managed The Aspire in New Brunswick, and will oversee the maintenance staff and leasing teams as well as management of the property’s budget, tenant and vendor operations.
Also joining the Larken Living team is Rachel Marks, who recently served as an assistant manager at Woodmont West in Mount Arlington and previously was a leasing professional at Woodmont Place in Easton, Pennsylvania. In her new role as a leasing consultant, she will work with the Autumn Ridge team to secure residents for available units, handle tenant renewals and assist with community events.
“An endless pursuit of quality defines all that we do at Larken Living,” said Jessica Heckman, the firm’s director of residential asset management. “Whether it is found in the construction of our buildings or the high standards we set for our property management responsibilities, our focus on quality is driven by the experienced and skilled employees making up our Larken Living team.
“Through these recent promotions and new additions to the team, we are continuing to bolster our talented team of professionals to ensure that we can continue to exceed these high standards in all areas of our work.”
Additionally, Larken Associates announced the hiring of Kelly Lewton as a property manager at the nearby Warren Heights multifamily property in Lopatcong. With more than 25 years of property management experience, she will now manage the maintenance and property management teams at the site as well as financial reporting and vendor management.
The new hires come alongside several promotions at the firm, including that of Brenda Vittiglio to regional property manager. She has been with Larken Associates since 2015, having previously been a property manager at several of its Lehigh Valley residential properties and a multisite property manager.
With her promotion, Vittiglio will oversee the company’s roughly 1.2 million-square-foot Lehigh Valley portfolio, as well as its Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong community and The Reserve at Wyomissing, the firm’s latest acquisition in Reading, Pennsylvania, according to a news release. Her responsibilities will include training, overseeing the on-site staff, budget management of her 2.14 million-square-foot portfolio as well as reviewing each property’s financial performance.
Larken has also promoted both Aida Caraballo and Susan Knoblauh from leasing consultants to property managers. Both based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Caraballo manages the company’s River Run and Geraldine Street communities, while Knoblauh oversees the Meadows at Lehigh and East Hills Townhomes complexes.
Also working in the Bethlehem market is Michelle Vanim, who has risen to the role of leasing and administrative assistant at Pinnacle @ 65, a downtown mixed-use building with 38,000 square feet of office space and 48 luxury apartments. In her new role, Vanim will work closely with the building’s commercial property manager, Molly Josimov, to oversee the ongoing management of the building’s residential and commercial spaces.
