A grocery-anchored retail center in Manasquan is among this year’s winners of the annual TOBY awards handed out by the Building Owners & Managers Association of New Jersey.
Levin Management Corp., the leasing and managing agent for the 100,000-square-foot Wall Towne Center on Route 34, celebrated the honor recently alongside other leading commercial real estate firms. BOMA-NJ recognized the property in the retail category of the TOBY awards, short for The Outstanding Building of the Year, in a nod to its building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.
Anchored by a 71,000-square-foot ShopRite, Wall Towne Center is home to retailers, restaurants and service providers and benefits from a high-traffic location and complementary tenant mix.
“Receiving a TOBY award is a prestigious honor,” said Erika Morasco, LMC’s vice president of property management. “This recognition is a testament to the outstanding work and dedication of property manager Marie Donohue and our entire team. It’s a welcome reminder that we are succeeding at delivering best-in-class service standards and operational excellence at our managed properties.”
