A new senior living community has opened its doors at the sprawling master-planned campus known as The Green at Florham Park.
According to its operator, Life Care Services, The Delaney at The Green includes 128 independent living, 58 assisted living and 34 memory care apartments in an amenity-rich location at 110 Park Ave. It also marks the second New Jersey location for the third-largest operator of senior living communities in the U.S., following a Bridgewater facility that opened in March 2021.
Life Care welcomed members of its project team in mid-August to mark the milestone in Florham Park. It’s the latest addition to the 268-acre property off Route 24, the former site of a vast ExxonMobile research campus that was redeveloped by Rockefeller Group.
Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners designed the new senior living facility, working with interior design firm StudioSix5, according to a news release. The property provides residents with a series of high-end dining options, a full-service salon and spa and aerobics and fitness studios, among other amenities.
