Levin Management Corp. has made three promotions on its team, citing continued momentum for its commercial real estate services platform.
The North Plainfield-based firm said it has elevated E.J. Moawad to senior leasing representative, in a move that comes after he joined its team in 2016. In his role, he is responsible for roughly 1.7 million square feet of gross leasable area at 13 properties within LMC’s management and leasing portfolio, with notable deals in 2021 including leases with Ulta Beauty at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge and with Lidl at the Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, New York.
Both were cited by CoStar as second-quarter “Top Retail Leasing” deals, according to a news release. Moawad in recent months also has arranged leases with a range of national, regional and local tenants, including brands like Planet Fitness, Jersey Mike’s Subs, CityMD and Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, among many others.
“E.J.’s professionalism, work ethic and impeccable client service make him a true asset to our company and the clients we represent,” said Matthew K. Harding, the firm’s CEO. “He has been a significant contributor to our leasing team’s impressive 2021 transactional volume — which has exceeded 1 million square feet of new leases, renewals (and) extensions and license agreements.”
Meantime, LMC has promoted both Stacy Garrity and Antoinette Puccia to senior paralegal, the news release said, with the former also taking over as corporate secretary for the firm. Both joined the company in 2010 and are notary publics in New Jersey, filling key roles in researching, reviewing and upholding quality control measures for leases as well as other complex forms and records.
As corporate secretary, Garrity is directly responsible for LMC matters related to regulatory and statutory compliance.
