Levin Management Corp. has appointed Jeanette Oliver as chief financial officer, adding another highly accomplished and experienced professional to its executive team.
The commercial real estate services firm, which is based in North Plainfield, said Oliver brings a wealth of finance and accounting expertise to her new role. That includes her most recent position as chief accounting officer at Silverstein Properties Inc., part of a career that spans more than 25 years in the real estate and development industries.
As CFO, Oliver will be deeply focused on the integrity of LMC’s financial reporting processes, with oversight of its finance, accounting, budgeting, credit, cash management and lease administration functions, according to a news release. That will support the firm’s leasing and management portfolio of 125 properties across the region.
“Jeanette is a results-oriented, C-suite leader, and we are pleased to welcome her to Levin Management,” CEO Matthew K. Harding said. “Her deep industry expertise, collaborative spirit and proven leadership makes her an invaluable addition. I am confident that Jeanette will play a key role in driving Levin’s financial strategy and supporting the company’s continued growth.”
Oliver, a Chesterfield resident, is also a former accounting director at Forest City Ratner Cos., the news release said. She holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Post University and is proficient in industry-leading technology and software, including Yardi.
LMC added that Oliver was named one of the Top 50 Women Chief Accounting Officers of 2024 by Women We Admire.
“Levin Management is regarded throughout the real estate industry for its quality service, diversified property portfolio, strong values and professionalism — which made my decision to join the firm an easy choice,” she said. “This position is a great opportunity for me to grow my career while contributing to this legacy organization’s future. I am proud to be working alongside such a highly accomplished team.”
