Levin Management Corp. has announced the promotion of a longtime member of its property management team.

In a news release, the North Plainfield-based firm said Denise Ciaravino has risen to the role of portfolio manager. Along with overseeing the day-to-day operation of a roughly 1 million-square-foot shopping center portfolio, which she has done for the past decade, she will also be the single point of contact for a nine-property, 840,000-square-foot management assignment recently awarded to LMC.
Ciaravino joined the firm in 2006 as a property manager and was named senior property manager in 2009.
“Denise is a tremendous asset to our property management team, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion,” said Erika Toscani, vice president of property management with LMC. “It is always gratifying to promote individuals from within our organization. Advancing into this new role reflects Denise’s hard work, professionalism and dedication, as well as her outstanding contributions to the success of our leasing and management portfolio.”
Ciaravino earned her bachelor’s degree in management science from Kean University and a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMI International.
“It’s been extremely rewarding to grow my career at Levin Management, and I am grateful for the opportunity to take on the role of portfolio manager,” Ciaravino said. “The knowledge and experience I have gained over the past 15 years from the firm’s upper management, my coworkers and vendor relationships are immeasurable. In my new role, I look forward to continuing the high level of service that our clients and tenants have come to expect.”
