McBride: Goodman buys second Carlstadt parcel, plans 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse

A developer is planning a new 100,000-square-foot warehouse in Carlstadt after acquiring the second of two adjacent properties, in a deal arranged by McBride Corporate Real Estate.

According to the brokerage firm, the property at 369 Washington Ave. is currently home to a 40,000-square-foot building on roughly two acres. The buyer, Goodman, owns the neighboring five-acre parcel just north of the Meadowlands Sports Complex and minutes from Route 3, the New Jersey Turnpike and the region’s other major highways.

James McNerney of McBride Corporate Real Estate represented both parties. Terms were not disclosed.

March Associates Construction is the project’s construction manager.
