McManimon, Scotland & Baumann has welcomed a new associate to its team of redevelopment and real estate attorneys.
Keith Menscher, previously a clerk at the Roseland-based firm, steps into the role after receiving his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He concentrates his practice in redevelopment, real estate, litigation and general counsel matters.
In announcing the hire, MSB noted that Menscher is a U.S. Army reservist who received an associate’s degree from Middlesex County College, where he served as treasurer of the Veterans Association. He earned his bachelor’s in management and labor relations from Rutgers University.
At Seton Hall, Menscher served as president of the Student Veterans Association, co-president of the Intellectual Property Association and vice president of the Rodino Society, according to a news release. He also worked as a legal intern with U.S. Magistrate Judge Steven C. Mannion in the District of New Jersey, while he advocated for pro bono clients in mediation in the Eastern District of New York and in settlement conferences in the District of New Jersey.
Menscher has served two overseas deployments.
