A freestanding retail building in North Brunswick has changed hands among private investors, in a nearly $1.2 million sale brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
Known as the Prinzivalli Building, the property spans 5,760 square feet and is located at 780 Livingston Ave. Marcus & Millichap said the deal drew more than 10 offers and ultimately closed with an all-cash buyer that paid $1.175 million.
Michael Lombardi, Alexander Pildes and Steven Schiavello, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Lombardi and Pildes also secured and represented the buyer.
