Midtown Commercial: Lobster restaurant acquires Millburn location, eyes expansion

A seafood restaurant is expanding its footprint in northern New Jersey with the acquisition of a new location in Millburn, according to brokers with Midtown Commercial Realty.

Brokers with the firm represented the seller, Kuhn Thai, in the sale of its space at 504 Millburn Ave. The off-market sale to Jack’s Lobster Shack, arranged by Midtown Commercial Managing Director Cheryl Darmanin and Partner Nicole James, included the business and all of its equipment.

Jack’s Lobster Shack has existing locations in Edgewater and Cresskill.
