M&M Realty Partners has delivered nearly 360,000 square feet of new industrial space in Piscataway that it’s now marketing alongside brokers with Cushman & Wakefield.

Located at 1690 South Washington Ave., the development includes buildings of 184,848 square feet and 174,674 square feet, both with 40-foot clear ceiling heights and other modern features. The project is also poised to benefit from being less than a mile from Interstate 287, which provides easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike and other major highways.

Cushman’s Mindy Lissner, David Gheriani and Michael Ugarte lead the leasing team.

“The industrial buildings in Piscataway are ideally situated to meet the demands of today’s supply chain and e-commerce sectors,” Lissner said. “With close proximity to I-287, the property provides unmatched access to both northern New Jersey and New York City, offering tenants a premier location for efficient last-mile logistics.”

According to a news release, the larger building has 3,000 square feet of office space, 28 loading docks, two drive-in doors and parking for 157 cars and 30 trailers. The second facility also has 3,000 square feet of office space as well as 27 dock doors, two drive-in doors and parking for 154 cars and 30 trailers.
