NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has bolstered its team of industrial brokers with the addition of a new associate vice president.
The Piscataway-based firm announced Tuesday that Alex Tseng joins its ranks after four years with New York City-based JET Real Estate. In the new role, he will specialize in representing industrial property owners in central and northern New Jersey, with an emphasis on the ports.
“We feel fortunate to have Alex working with us,” said David A. Simon, NAI DiLeo-Bram’s chief operating officer. “The industrial sector in New Jersey continues to remain an extremely desired asset class and we are confident that Alex’s unique background and knowledge will greatly benefit our clients.”
Tseng, who most recently was a director of investment sales with JET Real Estate, has been active in the multifamily, industrial, office and property management sectors, according to a news release. While working with JET, he was also a director at STREETSEED, where he was responsible for purchasing undervalued and poorly managed multifamily properties and improving them to become more desirable for tenants, as well as increasing property values for the property owners.
NAI DiLeo-Bram also cited his experience at CAZA, an architectural firm, where he served as a project manager leading design teams for studies of large-scale mixed-use development projects and resort communities. He holds a bachelor’s in architecture from Rice University and is a licensed architect in New York and a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey.
