The owner of a home remodeling business has acquired a 3,125-square-foot mixed-use building in Oradell for $827,500, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Wednesday.

According to a news release, the property at 22 Kinderkamack Road includes 1,250 square feet of retail space that is leased to Nick and Van Nails and 1,875 square feet of warehouse space. The buyer, Adam Dayson of Dayson’s Home Improvements, will use the industrial portion for his business, benefiting from a location near routes 4 and 17 and other major highways.

NAI Hanson vice presidents Anthony J. Cassano and Dick Hecker represented the seller, Lee Squire, while Christie’s International Real Estate represented the buyer.

“Flexible spaces like 22 Kinderkamack Road continue to see strong demand in the Bergen County market,” Cassano said. “We were proud to help our client attract a buyer and wish the new owner all the best with the property.”
