Cedar Hill Associates LLC has sold a nearly 42,000-square-foot retail property in Bridgewater for $8.2 million, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced this week.
According to a news release, the five-building Bridgewater Shops is home to tenants such as PNC Bank, Edible Arrangements, Thai Kitchen, Wisteria Health and Y2 Academy. The 41,589-square-foot property at 1300 Prince Rodgers Ave. is also just off Interstate 287 and has quick access to routes 22 and 202, while it’s easily reachable from locations such as Somerset Corporate Center, Bridgewater Commons and The Village at Bridgewater Commons.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the seller, completing the deal with the help of the Tex-X online auction platform. They noted that they listed the property for auction and received and accepted an offer from the buyer before the live auction date, while the process helped expedite the disposition.
“Well-located retail centers like Bridgewater Shops continue to present attractive investment opportunities with strong potential,” Horning said. “We’re thrilled to have been able to help our client secure high value for this asset, and we wish them all the best going forward.”
