An owner-occupier has purchased a nearly 8,000-square-foot industrial building in Hackensack, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
According to the brokerage firm, the space at 101 South State St. will allow APEX 101 Holdings LLC to expand its business presence in Bergen County. The single-story, 7,987-square-foot facility will serve as a warehouse and distribution center.
NAI Hanson’s David M. Ukleja represented both the seller, BCB Janitorial Supply Co. Inc., and the buyer in the transaction. He noted that the building has 20- to 22-foot clear ceiling heights, one drive-in door and 11 on-site parking spaces, providing quick access to routes 17 and 46, Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway.
“Northern New Jersey’s industrial market continues to see strong demand for well-located properties,” Ukleja said. “Properties such as 101 South State Street that have premier access to many of the region’s major roadways are extremely attractive to buyers looking for space in Bergen County. We’re happy to have provided the real estate services needed to finalize a deal and we wish the new owner the best of luck in their new space.”
