Retail leasing and sales specialist Jennifer Harrison has joined NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., bringing more than 20 years of experience to the Woodbridge-based real estate services firm.
Harrison, who begins her tenure as a vice president, comes to NAIDB after serving on the leasing team of a New Jersey-based real estate services firm that represents institutional and private property owners in the retail sector. In her new role, she’ll focus on retail leasing and sales as well as investment real estate sales of industrial, office and multifamily properties across New Jersey, with an emphasis on her home county of Monmouth.
NAIDB noted that Harrison’s past work experience also includes Landmark Developers, Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey retail team and serving as a partner in her own commercial real estate firm. Additionally, she is a former asset manager for Toys R Us’ portfolio of more than 500 owned and leased locations nationwide.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer to NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.,” said David A. Simon, the firm’s chief operating officer. “Her diverse and well-rounded background makes her an excellent addition to our team. Jennifer’s intelligence, attention to detail and collaborative approach will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business across all property types.”
A graduate of Montclair State University, Harrison is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson and holds memberships in ICSC and NAIOP New Jersey. She is also a certified paralegal in the state.
She joins NAIDB amid its expansion over the past three years, with an emphasis on northern and central New Jersey. The firm’s seven counties of focus now include Morris, Essex, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer and Hunterdon, while it draws on the vast resources of NAI Global’s network to complete office, industrial, retail, investment and land deals, among others.
In addition to expanding its market and geographic reach, the firm said it has been focused on broker recruitment and retention initiatives to further grow its talent pool.
