An investment firm has purchased a 157,000-square-foot industrial park in Readington for nearly $16 million, according to a brokerage team with Newmark Associates CRE.
The undisclosed property, located near Route 22, is home to companies in industries such as pharmaceutical testing and manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and logistics, according to a news release. Newmark Associates Managing Director Deborah Myers represented the buyer, Commerce Park Investors LLC, while the firm’s Helene Elbaum and Marjorie Dorne-Murphy represented the seller in the $15.5 million deal.
