Orangetheory Fitness has arrived in Warren after leasing 3,200 square feet at a grocery-anchored shopping center in the township, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.

The boutique studio concept, which offers a one-hour, full body workout, is now open at Pheasant Run Plaza alongside tenants such as Acme, Walgreens, Wells Fargo, Dunkin’ and Jersey Mikes, according to a news release. It’s leasing the space at 177 Washington Valley Road under a deal with 2 Dedrick Place LLC, which was represented by The Goldstein Group Vice President Marc Palestina and President Chuck Lanyard.

Brian Battista of Jeffery Realty represented the tenant.

“Fitness users are in an extremely active expansion mode in today’s market,” Palestina said. “Orangetheory Fitness saw this neighborhood center, Pleasant Run Plaza located in an upscale community, which is anchored by a supermarket, as a prime opportunity for them to expand their business.”
